CAI awards qualified professionals with designations in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of community management. The following designations are awarded by CAI:

Association Management Specialist� (AMS�)
Professional Community Association Manager� (PCAM�)Accredited Association Management Company� (AAMC�)
Large-Scale Manager� (LSM�)
Reserve Specialist (RS)
Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS)
College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL)

In addition, CAI's affiliate, National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) awards the Certified Manager of Community Associations� (CMCA�) certification.
