Each year, CAI's National Conference brings together hundreds of your peers, colleagues and industry experts in the community association field to discuss the present and future of the industry. The 2007 conference held April 25-28 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, was widely considered one of the best ever and was the most attended event in CAI history, with more than 1,300 participants, including a number of industry leaders who shared their expertise in more than 25 education sessions.
- Large-Scale Managers Workshop
Each fall, CAI's Large-Scale Managers Committee hosts an annual workshop for community managers specializing in large-scale communities. The workshop is hosted by at least one large-scale community and participants spend three days touring properties and attending innovative education sessions specifically designed for the large-scale community manager.
- Professional Management Development Programs (PMDP)
CAI's Association of Professional Community Managers (APCM) offers several of the Professional Management Development Programs (PMDP M100, M200s, M300s, and M400) in Phoenix and Tucson each year. Learn More.
